The project site is located in the delta, 15 minutes' drive from Richmond, which is the way of the ferry from Richmond to Victoria.

Highlights ：

It will be built in the style of Chinese gardens, with the characteristics of quadrangles. Round shaped courtyard, blend in Chinese local-style dwelling houses and concept of the traditional streets. BC province will focus on developing tourism along the Richmond to Tsawwassen Ferry route
